Announcing our 2019 Continuum of Care Conference Cruise to Alaska. Departing aboard the Celebrity Solstice from Seattle, Washington on July 12, 2019 and returning on July 19, 2019. Cabin prices are as low as $2,035,66 based on double occupancy and will include the cost of registration for the conference, all conference materials, both a welcome reception and a farewell reception, taxes and port fees. Please also budget for the cost of travel to Seattle, Washington, as well as gratuities, and other onboard and off-ship excursions and expenses.

Up to 20 professional CE hours will be available for California licensed health care professionals including: Nursing Home and Residential Care/Assisted Living Administrators (NHA, RCFE, ARF, GH), RN, LVN, Physical Therapists, Pharmacists. Check with your state licensing agency for CE reciprocity. We will announce our topics and speakers in the near future.

Conference Sessions generally take place during the days at Sea (depends on program and itinerary) so that conflict with any Ports of Call or evening entertainment is minimized.
